Yes. J&A Migration Consultants & Tourism Pvt. Ltd. is an MEA-registered Recruiting Agent (license B-0386/KER/COM/1000+/5/8412/2009), ISO 9001:2015 certified, and a Government of India-approved overseas recruiter. Ask a counsellor to show the license copy if you want to verify it in person.
Talking to a counsellor and being considered for an open role does not require a registration package. If a statutory or service fee applies to a specific mandate, it is stated in writing before you pay anything. We do not run opaque “placement packages”.
Visa, medical, travel, translation and attestation are third-party costs paid to the relevant authorities, clinics, airlines or apostille offices — not absorbed into a hidden agency fee. Who bears which cost (candidate, employer, or split) depends on the mandate and is explained before you commit.
Domestic roles can move in days to a few weeks once a mandate is live. International placements typically take several weeks to a few months, depending on employer interviews, document attestation, medicals and visa processing in the destination country.
Selection is the employer's decision. If you are not shortlisted or not offered the role, we will tell you and can match you to other live openings in the same sector where you fit. There is no placement guarantee, and no fee for simply being unsuccessful.
We do not take cash “to start a file” or to “hold a seat”. Any permitted service fee is documented, receipted, and tied to a named service. If someone claiming to represent J&A asks for unofficial cash, write to manager.cochin@jagroup.info immediately.
