These terms govern use of this website and recruitment facilitation by J&A Migration Consultants & Tourism Pvt. Ltd. (J&A Business Group), MEA Recruiting Agent license B-0386/KER/COM/1000+/5/8412/2009.

What J&A does

J&A introduces candidates to employers (and the reverse) for international and domestic jobs. We are not the employer unless a written contract says otherwise. An offer, visa, work permit or joining letter comes from the hiring organisation or the competent authority — not from this website.

No guarantee of selection

Submitting an enquiry or documents does not reserve a seat and does not guarantee shortlisting, an interview, a visa or a job. Employers decide. If you are not selected we will say so and may suggest other live openings that fit.

Fees and third-party costs

Talking to a counsellor is free. Any service fee we charge is disclosed in writing and receipted. Visa, medical, travel, translation and attestation are paid to the relevant third parties. We do not take unofficial cash to “hold a file”. Report anyone claiming otherwise to manager.cochin@jagroup.info.

Accurate information

Candidates and employers must give true, complete information. False documents or undisclosed ineligibility (including medical or criminal bars to emigration) are grounds to stop a process without refund of third-party costs already incurred.

Employers and agencies

Hiring mandates and MOUs are handled by the business-development desk (bdm@jagroup.info). A mandate is not in force until J&A confirms it in writing. Partner-brief materials are informational and not an offer.

Website

Role counts and corridors on the live board are indicative of current mandates and can change without notice. Content is provided as-is. You may not scrape, republish or misrepresent listings as your own.

Liability

J&A is not liable for employer decisions, embassy or immigration outcomes, delays by third-party authorities, or losses beyond fees we actually charged you for a named service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer or data-protection rights you have in another country, including EU/EEA states where a placement is based.
