IT and engineering — credential-forward
The domestic IT list is senior and junior software, full-stack, and helpdesk — Kochi and Ernakulam. Engineering covers mechanical and production. These are professional hires. Share the stack, the band and whether the seat is on-site. Do not send a generic “developers required.”
Fee discipline
Domestic client companies pay a stated fee. Candidates should know what, if anything, they are asked to pay. Mixing overseas emigration charges into an India warehouse join is how you lose people and attract complaints.
Indian employers: select Domestic on the enquiry form, name the city and the seats. Overseas employers who also need an India back-office team can run both tracks on one mandate — say so in the first paragraph.
